Terms and Conditions

ClassSync is intended primarily for instructors paying for their own use and for schools, departments, and institutions using the platform for academic or administrative workflows.

You may use the platform only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to use ClassSync for yourself or on behalf of an institution.

If you use ClassSync on behalf of a school, college, university, or department, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for keeping account information accurate.

Student access is not intended for direct self-signup. Student accounts must be created, invited, or authorized by an instructor, school, department, or institution.

Where minors are involved, the instructor or institution remains responsible for ensuring that access is authorized and appropriate under applicable law and policy.

You may use ClassSync only for legitimate educational, academic, administrative, or related authorized institutional purposes.

You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abusive content, false or misleading student records, infringement of third-party rights, credential sharing, or attempts to disrupt platform security or performance.

ClassSync supports academic workflows such as student records, classlists, score entry, grading, and exports, but it does not replace instructor judgment, registrar review, or official institutional decision-making.

AI-generated outputs are assistive only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used as the sole basis for academic grading, disciplinary action, student intervention, or institutional decisions.

Instructors and institutions remain responsible for reviewing grades, computations, exports, records, and AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.

If ClassSync offers paid plans, fees, billing periods, and included features will be described at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Paid fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where ClassSync determines a refund is appropriate because of duplicate charges, accidental billing errors, or a material service outage caused by ClassSync.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, paid access lasts only for the selected billing period described during purchase.

ClassSync may retain data as reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of its agreements.

For school-managed or institution-managed records, data may be retained until the relevant institution, department, or authorized administrator requests deletion, unless retention is required by law, operational backup limits, or a separate agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before filing a court action, the parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through direct written notice and good-faith discussion, followed by confidential arbitration or another mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process in the Philippines, except where urgent court relief is reasonably necessary.

If arbitration does not fully resolve the dispute, enforcement or court proceedings may be brought in the proper courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, with the intent that proceedings be handled as close as reasonably practicable to Aparri, Cagayan.
